Imagine your next great adventure

Indulge in unique adventures that renew connections with nature, other women and to those pieces of yourself that you don’t always have time for in the stress and business of everyday life.  You will delight in the comfort and beauty of the accommodations, meals and landscape. You will savor the nourishment provided through delicious, healthy food and enjoy daily itineraries that are fulfilling, but not exhausting. Our goal is that you end each day with a smile and excited wonder for what the next day will bring.  Expect your trip to include plenty of laughter, shared stories and, of course, amazing runs.

Women Who Run the World will plan as much as possible so you don’t have to, yet you will have plenty of opportunity to take alone time, or to opt in or out of activities. Forget spending time planning, instead focus on enjoying the journey, where even the smallest details are taken care of. And feel good knowing that Women Who Run the World will engage with other women in the places we visit as much as possible, and support local and small businesses that provide exceptional food, lodging and cultural experiences.

You’ll celebrate summer solstice in our village and take part in ancient magic of the las Fallas de San Juan. You'll return home feeling reconnected and reenergized.

Methow Valley - October, 2020

Spend a long weekend wrapped up in the autumn beauty of Washington State's Methow Valley. Soft trails, stunning fall colors and the coziness of our accommodations await you. Over the last few years our Methow Valley weekends featured a range of activities that provided skill building while we soaked up the natural beauty and bounty of the area. In addition to gorgeous runs, guests enjoyed an orienteering class, wildlife tracking and nature photography with naturalist Mary Kiesau, and fire starting with Wilderbabe Katie Russell, accompanied with cider tasting and a visit to Sunny Pine Farm. The 2020 trip will shift focus slightly, but you can be sure it will include beautiful trail runs, plenty of time to relax and connect with other amazing women, and a healthy, delicious menu of local food to keep you fueled.

Not being responsible for logistics AT ALL was mind-blowing. My only job was to enjoy the company of the women around me not to research accommodations or make sure everyone was fed or plan the runs.
